Healthy, Wealthy and Wise Guide, Issue #012 November 19, 2007 |
I am Thankful For....The opportunity to share such wonderful health and wellness information with all of you. I am so passionate about finding alternative, non-invasive ways to handle health issues. I recently had an experience that although made me want to cry, just made me commit to work harder to share with you ways you can be healthier and understand how everything is interconnected.
I was at my butcher shop the other day and the owner had some gall stones and was planning on having gall bladder surgery. Per his request, I shared the
gall cleanse
with him. He looked it over, then said he would talk to the surgeon. After meeting with the surgeon, he chose to have the surgery anyway. The butcher went on to tell me that he had a colonoscopy a few months back and couldn't believe he lost fifteen pounds when he cleared his colon for the test and it took a whole 2 weeks to gain it back. (By the way, this way a very interesting conversation at the "meat" counter.)
So from a holistic point of view, here is what went on in my mind. Our Creator gave us our gall bladder for a reason and that is to help digest fats. Whatever I can do to keep the parts He gave me and work to get them healthy I will do. Secondly, when you take the "colon blow" for the colonoscopy and lose that much weight, it tells me that your colon is seriously clogged up and probably causing havoc on your entire body, including your gall bladder.
