Brrrr..Winter is here!

A couple helpful hints to stay warm and cozy in the winter, naturally. First of all, improve your circulation by adding some gingko into your daily regimen. Its usually known for increasing brain power and that's because it increases circulation to the brain. What people don't realize that if circulation is increased to the brain...guess what...it increases circulation to your entire body.

Secondly, warm up with cayenne. Yes, like the cayenne you use for cooking. Its actually a little less expensive at the nutrition store than the grocery store. Sprinkle some in your shoes to keep your toes warm and take a capsule or two to warm you from the inside. An extra benefit, it will help lower your cholesterol.
