Cajun Chicken Breast Recipe


Two 6 ounce chicken breasts

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cayenne (or to taste)
2 tsp of water


Combine spices and water.

Rub spice mixture into chicken

Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill on the George Foreman Grill for approximately 5 minutes.

Makes 4 Servings
