Detox Bath
Detox baths are great for speeding the body’s cleansing and elimination process. They can be used when on a cleanse or on a regular basis for
cleansing.
I have a few "recipes" to share with you. Two of the recipes I have with my children.
We starting using the Recipe #1 with my kids when they were 8 and 5, on a weekly basis. We have even used Recipe #1 for chicken pox. My kids came out of the tub with less itchiness and less redness.
We also, periodically, used Recipe #3 with them. Its a great way to help kids detox in an easy and comfortable way. Oh, the baths are good for adults too!
De-tox Bath #1
One Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
One Tablespoon Ginger
De-tox Bath #2
One Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Three cups Kosher Salt
De-tox Bath #3
16 ounces
Himalayan Sea Salt
- its like a 3 day cleanse without fasting!
De-tox Bath #4
Three heaping tablespoons ginger.
Drink some herbal tea or chicken broth with cayenne while bathing.
For All Baths
Just add the ingredients to a tub of water. Have the temperature of the water as warm/hot as possible for maximum results. Stay in the tub for 20-30 minutes. Rinse yourself off when you exit the tub. Then when you get out, do your best to stay warm and sweat a little more.
All of these baths will help flush toxins out of your body. When you do internal house-cleaning, do a minimum of two detox baths a week. They work great when used in conjunction with a cleansing fast,
gall stone cleanse
or
The Master Cleanse
program.
Even if you are not cleansing, these baths will work wonders for your health. Sit back, relax and detox.
