The most common question about the HCG Weight Loss Protocol is .... great, you lost the weight but does it stay off???
My question exactly too. There is an important part of the program that is usually left off.....the HCG Maintenance Phase.

This is just as important as the eating plan. ...why lose the weight if you are just going to gain it back. This phase helps to reset your body so the weight stays gone.
It is actually a very healthy way to eat on a regular basis.
You can have anything you want..... as long as it is not a starch or sugar... for three weeks. Starches are such thing as potatoes, chips, rice, bread...you get the idea.
Yeah!!! You can add fat back into your diet... please use healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, etc and stay away from hydrogenated oils and trans fats.
You can basically expand the menu in the diet phase into the maintenance phase. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, moderate amounts of protein and fat.
Based on what you can eat, you will be staying away from processed foods so you will probably be eating a lot healthier than you ever have.
Keep this part of the program intact and your weight will stay gone.
