How I Overcame a Stomach Disorder

Everyday hard work, stress, spicy and fast food and overeating leads to digestion and stomach problems.


For the last few years I have become a real workaholic and didn’t lead a right lifestyle. In the mornings I was always in a hurry and had only time for drinking a cup of strong coffee.

All this upset my stomach and I faced a very serious problem with my digestion due to the food I ate.

I was in despair and was sure that there was no way out.

Finally,I made up my mind to see a doctor a

s my stomachaches became unbearable day by day. Fortunately, I didn’t do that as Granny gave me a good piece of advice which helped greatly to get rid of my stomach disorder problem.

Granny told me about some effective remedies that treated my stomach problems. I began following her recommendations.

I drank the mixture of two teaspoonfuls of fresh lemon juice, one teaspoonful of the juice of ginger.

Besides, after having a heavy meal I drank the juice of a whole radish with the juice of one lemon.

Day by day I felt better and after a few weeks’ time I forgot about the stomach disorders I had.

Terri's Comments: Ani, Granny certainly was right on. Ginger certainly calms your stomach. And the radish helps aid your digestion too.

Your eating habits created an over-acidic pH level in your body which the lemon juice helped re-balance.
