meditate
and set our intention for the day. Take a few moments in the morning and throughout the day to just relax and breathe.
Concentrate on your breathe and you will be amazed at the change that takes place.
Stress is sometimes the main reason we eat and if you take the time to relax and breathe---deeeeeppp--- you release the stress.
In addition, your body functions better when all systems are “go” including your digestion. If you are stressed, you digestion doesn’t work properly then you don’t get the nutrition you need from what you eat.

- Visualize

Meditation is when you release thoughts from your mind while visualization is when you create thoughts and pictures in your mind. Create in your mind what you want you body to look like and how you eat. What do you hear, what do you see and what do you feel?
Get really into creating this in your mind and know it in your heart. Create the “lighter you” in your mind and your mind will create a lighter you. (P.S. you can always try

- Losing Weight Fast You already know about this one but here our some hints to include it in your day without taking time at the gym. - Park way in the heck at the back of the parking lot. You car will be safer from dings and so will you.
- When you get in the store, wall up and down every aisle or all around the store instead of just dashing to that one item you want. Take your time and look for new and exciting things to put on your birthday or Christmas list.
- Use your stairs at home. Don’t use your stairs as a catch all. Every time there is something to deliver up or down, go up or down and don’t wait for the pile to heap.
- Use the stairs at work—even if you work on the 20th floor, you can start small and take the elevator to the 18th floor then walk up to the 20th. Of course, gradually adding more floors as you progress. Since walking down is easier, walk all the way down. By the time you wait for the elevator, you can be halfway there.
- Go get the kids for dinner instead of hollering down the block or into the family room. Don’t call the neighbors to get your kids to come home, walk to the neighbors and say hi. Plus you get some quality time with your kids on the walk back.
- Watch TV only when you are on or using some type of exercise equipment.

- Think Thin
We often think heavy thoughts. Now its time to clean up your brain and use it to help you, not defeat you. Stop using, yes right now, the word lose or loss when you are talking about weight.
Why? When you lose your wallet or lose your keys, what do you do? That’s right, you work to find it. So when you “lose” weight, you are telling your brain you want to find it. Stop the madness and use the words “release” or “let go of.”
Now you are asking yourself why I used that word on this page. The truth, so you could find the page through search engines. You probably would not search for weight release but you would search for weight loss…thanks for understanding. Love your body and stop calling yourself or your pieces and parts “fat.” I teach a class called “Think and Be Thin” and I find that this can be the hardest thing for people to do.
When you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, what are the words you say to yourself. Are they loving, kind words? Are they judgmental, critical words?
If they are judgmental and critical, you realize that, we wouldn’t let people speak that poorly of us, yet we speak that way to ourselves.
Start loving your pieces and parts and your body will take on a whole new look. You get more with honey than with vinegar. (you can try that
