Although there are many products out there, one of the best overall cleanses is the Master Cleanse. It is easy, fairly inexpensive, works great and the ingredients you can find in your local store.Master Cleanse Recipe: - 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice (approx. ½ lemon). Use fresh (organic) lemons or limes only, never canned lemon or lime juice nor frozen lemonade or frozen juice.
- 2 Tablespoons genuine maple syrup Grade B or C (Not maple flavored sugar syrup)
- 1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste (see below if you don’t like cayenne)
- Water, medium hot
Combine the juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 10 ounce glass and fill with medium hot water. (Cold water may be used if preferred.) Sip until gone, repeat throughout the day. If time is an issue for you, you can make a larger batch of the Master Cleanse Recipe at one time (I do this). A gallon container will fit 10 glasses of the drink. Note that if you do make it early, the lemon juice may lose some of its enzyme properties.You must also do something for your bowel movements. Fasting on liquids will, in most people, promote stagnation of feces in the large intestine. (you will lose the need to move bowel.) Be sure to use the
Salt Water Flush.

How Often? Follow the Master Cleanse Recipe for a minimum of 10 days or more—up to 40 days and beyond may be safely followed for extremely serious cases. The diet has all the nutrition needed during this time. Three to four times a year will do wonders for keeping the body in a normal healthy conditions. The program may be undertaken more frequently for serious conditions.

Prior to Cleanse If you have problems with constipation, please clean your bowels with a safe herbal laxative (i.e. senna or garcinia) or with enema/colonics, for one or three days before this cleanse. Or use the Salt Water Flush. Make sure your bowels are moving!

You can take cayenne capsules throughout the day. Start slow, maybe 2 per day in divided does and work your way up to six. The cayenne is important because it helps beak up the mucous in your body. If you are getting headaches or any other types of symptoms such as moodiness, flu like symptoms, this is your body’s way of releasing also know as a cleansing response.
