Is there a natural cancer cure? Some people seem to think there is, and I am one of them. Why? Because I know of people who have overcome this dreaded health issue. They have taken the responsibility for their health into their own hands.

How do these people do it? They keep an open mind and look for natural alternatives.

Do I have the recipe for a natural cancer cure? No I don't, but I do have knowledge to share with you about the steps you can take to get your body the nutrition it needs so it can do what it was designed to do, especially if it's battling a cancer virus.

What was it designed to do? Your body is designed to defend, repair, restore and protect itself. Wow! From that definition, it sounds like the body can do its own work to find a natural cancer cure and get people back to optimal health. Optimal health depends on adding and getting rid of certain things in your diet.

What to take out of your diet:

  • Additives such as artificial coloring and flavoring. Most of the time you don’t even need to read the ingredients label, it will usually say it on the front of the package or box. This includes any color name with a number behind it, such as yellow #4.
  • Preservatives such as EDTA, BHT, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrate and MSG, just to name a few.
  • Trans Fats, also know as hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. Eating these is like eating plastic; your immune system has to work overtime to figure out what to do with them.
  • Processed Foods - you're better off without them. Everything from certain lunch meats to cereal to chips should be avoided.
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup: a definite contributor to the fattening of America.

Practices to maintain:

  • Dry skin brushing: helps the lymphatic system to “get moving.”
