Traumatic Cataract

Question: My son got a golf ball in the eye 10 yrs ago and broke some muscles to his iris with some opaquing of the lens causing traumatic cataract. He is 27 and now is experiencing slow degradation of his vision in the eye, he is getting more cataract.

Is there any natural remedy to reverse the cataract instead of surgery.

The surgery would consist of replacing the lens with a plastic lens.
