Hate to Exercise?

Hi ,

Is exercise one of your most dreaded activities?

It is for me. I even refer to it as a "four letter word" if you know what I mean.

However, I also know it is one of the best things you can do for your self when it comes to staying young, having energy and being in good health.

My grandfather was a cigar smoker all of his adult life. In today's society he would have been destined for cancer. However, the one thing he did EVERY day whether rain or shine was go for several walks. And I am not talking about down to the corner and back. He would be gone 45 minutes to an hour.

He lived into his late 80's and had only been hospitalized once until the last few months of his life. Oh, did I tell you he did not die of cancer either.

Simple, consistent exercise can add years to your life. the important thing is to just keep moving.
