Not Sleeping Well?


Sweet dream to you,  -- not something you have had lately due to lack of sleep?

There are a couple of things you can do  to help you sleep better. 

1. Drink Purified Water: yes, it can be that simple, your body, hormones, glands and organs can't function properly if you are not properly hydrated which can lead to poor sleep. Be sure that you drink filtered water. You can find some personal water filters here:

2. Take Calming Herbs: Valerian Root is a great calming herb and add a little melatonin to it and you can get a restful night's sleep. You can find it here:
