How I Lowered My Cholesterol

I'm going to tell about the healthy measures adopted by me as a routine in order to reduce/cure my cholesterol by natural means.
I'm a cholesterol patient and I can reduce its value to a great extent by regular morning walking for more than 1 hour.
Most of my medical advisors told to take morning walk as a routine.
When I went for morning walk, I wore loose dresses so that blood circulation can take place properly. In addition to using good shoes for proper walking.Terri's Comments:
