Perfect Natural Cures for Anti-Aging

If you are looking for an anti-aging program, you are probably wanting an easy natural cure that is inexpensive and convenient. Besides wanting to look great at any age, you want to feel energetic, strong and healthy.

Some of the simplest ways to accomplish this is with a natural cure diet. The best natural anti-aging solutions involve eating anti-oxidant foods that reduce free radical damage that leads to aging.

An anti-oxidant diet is delicious, easy and satisfying. It's filled with foods like blueberries, raspberries, cherries and strawberries. Nuts like walnuts and pecans are also anti-oxidant. If you like beans, black beans and kidney beans are very good sources.

Beans also provide good soluble fiber which helps reduce cholesterol. To spice up your beans, make a soup using anti oxidant spices like turmeric, basil, oregano, cumin and cinnamon. Add garlic to the mix for a food that relaxes blood vessels, increase blood flow and helps prevent heart disease.

Tea, particularly green tea is also anti-oxidant. It has been shown to lower LDL, the bad cholesterol. It seems to increase metabolism and may help in weight reduction as research suggests it may help in fat oxidation (how the body breaks down fat molecules).

Anti-oxidant supplements are another good way to limit
free radical damage and they are an easy natural cure for premature aging. The most well know vitamins in this category are Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta-carotene (vitamin A) and CoQ-10 (Co enzyme Q10).

When taking fat soluble supplements such as Vitamin E, A and CoQ10 be careful with dosing since these are more slowly assimilated by the body and can cause toxicity if taken in large doses. Check with your health professional for dosing guidelines.

If you don't like the taste of garlic you can take a garlic supplement. Aside from being highly anti-oxidant, it has all of the health benefits listed above and many more, such as reducing the likelihood of digestive system cancers. It is antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal and it may help reduce cholesterol. A good garlic supplement will not leave you with the tell tale garlic odor as this has been neutralized.
