What kind of foods should I eat?

I'm always hungry and I'm trying to eat healthy.

What kind of foods should I stay away from? Someone told me I should consume foods that have protein and stuff, like what? What other foods should I healthily consume so I would stop always eating...

Answer: Keep your foods to mostly raw whether it be fruits or vegetables. Include some protein every time you eat as this helps make you feel full. Forget any processed foods and stay away from anything with added sugar or artificial sugar.

Sometimes we feel hungry because we are actually thirsty, so drink lots of water. Also eat small meals eat every 2-3 hours.
